Lovely staff felt relaxed and comfy on my first visit.
Unreliable, I made an appointment a week ago, as it was my birthday and I was going out ( a special birthday) I rang the salon 1 hour before my appointment to ask if they had a later appointment ( because of personal circumstances) I was told no ,they were fully booked, so I arrived on time, When I arrived I was told they were running half an hour late. WHY could she have not told me this when I rang an hour earlier, she must have known then, unless she fitted in an extra customer after my call I could not wait half an hour, It spoilt my birthday celebrations !!! I will not be making any further appointments with them!!!!!
